Pole tent & white frame tents have white walls with clear cathedral windows with white mullions.
Sail cloth & clear tents have clear walls.
You’ll need an additional 5′ of clearance on every side of the tent, beyond its footprint. For example, a 30′×45′ tent requires a clear area of at least 40′×55′.
The ground should be mostly flat and level, with no overhanging branches, fences or landscaping that could interfere with installation.
We deliver across Southwestern Ontario. Submit a quote request for delivery information and pricing specific to your event location.
Tents are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Since your tent serves as your venue, we recommend booking as soon as you know your event needs. We have several tent styles and configurations, so we can often find a suitable second choice if your first choice isn’t available.
Furniture, linens and tabletop rentals can be added to your order at any time, subject to availability.
Before we arrive to install your tent, please mow the lawn, remove any pet waste and trim branches that could interfere with installation.
Tent stakes extend approximately 4′ into the ground, so we’ll arrange for GTEL to complete underground locates at your property before installation. No homeowner coordination is required.
