OVER 50 YEARS OF PLANNING EVENTS
It all began with a modest assortment of gardening tools, hand-made furniture and catering equipment. In 1969, Fred de Lange founded what is now A&B Event + Tent Rental, originally operating as a franchise under the A-Z Rental name. The first showroom sat on Hyde Park Road in London, Ontario, just four miles from where the business proudly stands today.
What started with only 20 banquet tables and 200 chairs gradually evolved into a robust inventory capable of supporting events with more than 3,000 guests. As the company grew, so did its reputation for quality, reliability and personal service.
Today, A&B is proudly operated by the third generation of the de Lange family. Brothers Phil and Devin, together with their wives Jess and Michelle, continue to build on Fred’s legacy. Under their leadership, A&B has become a premier rental partner for weddings, celebrations and corporate events across Southwestern Ontario.
